As a Cookie Maker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing cookies for our customers. Duties: - Prepare cookie dough according to established recipes and guidelines - Roll, cut, and shape cookie dough into desired shapes - Decorate cookies using various techniques such as icing, sprinkles, and edible decorations - Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure cookies are baked to perfection - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment - Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times - Assist with inventory management, including ordering ingredients and supplies as needed - Collaborate with other team members to develop new cookie flavors and designs Experience: - Previous experience working in a kitchen or bakery setting is preferred - Knowledge of pastry techniques and baking principles is highly desirable - Familiarity with restaurant or catering operations is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of cookies - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations in the food industry If you have a passion for creating delectable cookies and want to be part of a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
